Join a 13-week travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assignment in Tarpon Springs, FL, with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. Your responsibilities include helping develop treatment plans, carrying out routine functions, documenting treatment progress, and modifying specific treatments based on patient status, all within the scope of plans established by a physical therapist. You will support the examination and treatment of patients, perform assessments such as measuring range of motion and strength, implement interventions like exercises and modalities, and educate patients and families about their condition and home exercise programs.
