General Summary :

This position is the third level in a four-level career path. This position will perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements. Employees at this level are expected to design, code, test and implement new applications and to maintain existing programs / applications which support business area functions. In addition, employees at this level are expected to lead and participate in departmental, cross-functional and corporate projects and to consult with the business areas to provide research and analysis skills. These efforts are medium to large in size with a moderate to high level of complexity.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.

$63,500.00-$120,000.00

Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of individual Plans.
