About the role :
As a Marketing Senior Specialist, you will support and integrate our portfolio strategy across multiple marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to drive new initiatives, optimize ongoing communications, lead high-visibility projects, propose process improvements, and test new marketing strategies.
Requirements :
- Customer Experience : Drive and own the creation of customer lifecycle campaigns by identifying outreach types and frequencies. Partner with strategy and operations teams to experiment with new products and processes to grow revenue, maximize returns, and enhance customer success.
- Campaign Management : Develop and implement automated direct marketing and email campaigns within a CRM platform to drive lead conversion, improve portfolio performance, and support product launches. Segment customers using SQL queries, develop campaign strategies, manage creative development, and build multi-touch campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics : Monitor and report on segment and campaign performance, including audience metrics, trends, email metrics, and conversions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Testing Programs : Develop A / B and multivariate testing programs to optimize campaign performance across email, DM, SMS, etc.
- Best Practices : Maintain clean email lists, monitor deliverability, complaint, bounce rates, and Sender Score to reduce blacklist risk. Stay updated on industry best practices to ensure market efficiency and identify new opportunities.
- Communication & Collaboration : Partner with departments such as Legal & Compliance, Analytics, Creative, Business Intelligence, Data Services, and Tech to execute projects and tests.
Responsibilities :
Strong analytical skills : Ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends, segment customers using queries (SQL preferred), solve problems, and make data-driven recommendations. Experience with Excel, Microstrategy, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.CRM and database management experience : Ability to develop, automate, and personalize communications via CRM platforms. Oracle Responsys experience is preferred.Self-starter and problem solver : Critical thinking to improve processes and increase campaign performance with measurable business impact.Communication and collaboration skills : Proven ability to work across multiple functions and influence stakeholders.Creativity and innovation : Ability to brainstorm and develop creative solutions to customer challenges.Curiosity and learning : Desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.2-8 years of experience in Marketing or Business functions such as Strategy, Planning, or Operations.Additional Information :
