We're on the hunt for a Quality Assurance superstar with a knack for KPI development and data-driven decision-making. If you live and breathe continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! Essential Job Functions :

• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives like a boss.
• Identify and eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process flow. Basically, make everything run smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy.
• Mentor and train other leadership team members in the art of continuous improvement. Spread the wisdom!
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure QA and compliance standards are met. No shortcuts here!
• Support the development and monitoring of departmental KPI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking. Numbers don't lie!
• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Keep it legit.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues. Sherlock Holmes, who?
• Establish and maintain quality documentation and audit processes. Paperwork, but make it fabulous.
• Ensure data integrity across operational systems and reporting platforms. Data is king!
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Find the hidden gems.
• Collaborate with the Leadership team and other business units to enhance data governance and reporting accuracy. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Design and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational efficiency. Keep an eye on the prize.
• Translate business goals into measurable KPIs aligned with strategic objectives. Goals, meet reality.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Be the oracle.
