Key Responsibilities
Design and execute channel go-to-market programs to enhance partner engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to develop sales incentives and promotional campaigns
Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in channel sales and go-to-market roles within a large tech organization
Proven success in creating and executing channel programs and sales incentives
Strong understanding of sales compensation models and channel incentives
Experience working with GPO, FPRS, or similar channel program teams is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
