The Strategic Partnership Lead enhances relationships with business partners, particularly contractors, to ensure alignment with Chevron's operational goals.

The Strategic Partnership Lead role supports Routine Maintenance & Construction Services Norms PINT (Productivity & Incentive Norms Tracking) agreements, develops contracting execution strategies, supports union Project Labor Agreements, and partners with enterprise teams to improve contracts for routine maintenance, construction services, and turnaround efforts. Develops system wide and sustainability process for contractor safety and business performance metrics. Candidates with strong construction and / or contractor management experience are preferred.
