  • About the Role

The company seeks a strategic and dynamic Director of Partnership Development to fill a vital role in cultivating a robust partner ecosystem that consistently generates qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. You will build and lead the referral partnership strategy, aligning it with the company’s revenue ambitions and working closely with executive leadership on forecasting and strategic growth plans.

This position requires an experienced professional with a solid background in B2B partnership development, business development, or channel sales, particularly in scaling referral or channel partner programs. Your focus will be on collaborating across sales and marketing to effectively acquire, enable, and incentivize referral partners, especially in the HR consulting, PEO, and insurance brokerage sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field and in-depth knowledge of HR tech, insurance, benefits administration, or PEO ecosystems. A strong grasp of SaaS economics and sales cycles is essential, along with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

You should be a data-driven decision-maker who flourishes in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative setting. Success metrics will include launching a fully-functional referral partner program within 6 months, establishing a robust pipeline of high-quality referral partnerships within the first year, and crafting a scalable playbook for partner onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
