We’re not your traditional sushi spot—we pair a sleek, intimate vibe with high-quality fish and inventive cocktails. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both precision and creativity.
What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of professional sushi experience (omakase or high-volume sushi bar a plus)
Strong knife skills and deep knowledge of fish handling, storage, and prep
Ability to execute consistent, beautiful plates under pressure
Collaborative energy—works well with both front- and back-of-house
Passion for sourcing and seasonal ingredients
