Key Responsibilities :
Analyze, maintain, and execute the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) to align with production schedules.
Proactively monitor the material pipeline, ensuring timely availability and mitigating potential shortages.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient movement of materials from receiving to production.
Execute purchase orders under negotiated terms while ensuring suppliers’ adherence to agreements.
Identify, select, and negotiate with vendors for CNC machined parts, sheet metal components, PCB assemblies, and electronic components .
Maintain accuracy of master data and purchasing parameters to optimize inventory levels and minimize material liabilities.
Collaborate with Buyers, Managers, and the SCM team to support global sourcing and pricing strategies.
Track and improve supplier performance using corrective action tools , driving continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
Actively contribute to reducing material freight costs and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or Finance .
3–5 years of experience in procurement or materials planning within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
APICS or ISM certification (CPIM, CPSM) preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP / MRP and other supply chain management systems .
