Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will dive headfirst into the cybersecurity sales world, using AI-powered tools and creative strategies to engage IT leaders, business owners, and decision-makers. Youll prospect, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with potential clients while learning the ins and outs of cybersecurity and sales development. Location : Remote Contractor Position | 9 AM 5 PM EST.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in Cybersecurity / Saas / IT .

Hands-on technology background or strong technical aptitude.

Proven ability to work independently as a contractor. Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

Availability to work during US business hours (flexible scheduling).

Strong ambition and hunger to grow into a cybersecurity sales expert. Attributes : Ambitious and motivated, with a hunger to outwork peers.

Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in cybersecurity.

Agile and adaptable, comfortable pivoting strategies in fast-changing environments. Growth-minded with a willingness to learn, fail fast, and iterate.

Resourceful problem-solver focused on solutions, not excuses. Excellent communicator, able to connect authentically in English.

What Success Looks Like

Consistently meeting outbound activity goals using AI-powered tools.

Demonstrates understanding of realistic outbound performance metrics (e.g., 310% reply rates depending on industry / offer) and uses this knowledge to keep the pipeline healthy

High-quality leads qualified and handed off to closers with strong conversion potential.

Positive feedback from the sales team on the quality of outreach and pipeline health.

Rapid growth in cybersecurity knowledge and sales development skills.
