Established Real Estate Title Company seeks individual, with an aptitude for communicating title issues and be familiar standard closing concepts, practices and procedures and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Scrutinizing recorded trust deeds and contracts which may affect property titles.
- Locating tax records, judgments, liens, mortgages, and bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.
- Keeping records of property title information gathered throughout the investigation.
- Updating colleagues and clients on the progress made with property title research.
- Interviewing lenders, property buyers and sellers, and courthouse officials.
The Ideal Applicant will possess the following qualifications :
Ability to handle multiple files simultaneouslyExperience working in conjunction with the lender to formulate a Closing Disclosure.Have a working knowledge of title insurance issuance.Execute daily time sensitive deadlinesPrepare DeedsScheduling closingsObtain all required signatures, initials, etc. at ClosingsMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience working with Qualia
