Job Description

Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Prepare and present project updates to internal teams and clients.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
