Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Sell a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and more
- Provide professional advice and tailored insurance solutions based on client needs
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Stay informed on the latest insurance products, market trends, and industry conditions
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
- Manage daily tasks efficiently and stay organized to ensure timely follow-ups and client service
Requirements
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) license assistance availablePrevious sales experience (insurance sales is a plus but not required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated with a strong drive for successAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
