Executive Assistant Position

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two directors on our Supply Chain, Science, and Engineering team in Bellevue, Washington. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with high-level senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

The Supply Chain, Science, and Engineering team drives end-to-end AMXL planning and supply chain execution across North America, combining operational excellence with advanced analytics and technical innovation. From initial inventory management to final customer delivery, our cross-functional team leverages data science, engineering solutions, and operational expertise to design, build, and operate a world-class supply chain. The team also owns global building design, data engineering, and science functions for the world-wide AMXL organization. We design and implement world-class processes, predictive models, and automated systems that deliver exceptional XL customer experiences. Our team takes full ownership of supply chain optimization, focusing on speed, efficiency, and safety through technical innovation and data-driven decision making.
