Job descriptionTraining experience is a plus Primary care background preferred Site management experience, including Accreditation, policies & procedures, and OSHA compliance Strong computer skills (internet software, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.) Proven problem-solving abilities and workflow management skills Collaborates with Site Medical Leader to provide leadership to health center staff Assists in the recruitment and selection of staff members, including interviewing candidates and training new staff members Assesses, manages, and evaluates the performance and development of staff members Manages and monitors clinic staff schedules Oversees the nursing care of all patients Provides direct patient care

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Supervisor , you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Celebration, FL.
The position offers great benefits, collaborative team environment, and a concierge-level patient care approach.
Schedule :
- Full-Time - 40 hours / week
- Monday-Friday : 8 : 00 a.m.-4 : 30 p.m.
- On-call every 10 weeks
- 1 major holiday shift per year
