THE ROLE : The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting oversees the company’s consolidated financial reporting function, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of internal and external financial statements and reports. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining the integrity of financial data, internal controls, and reporting processes across multiple homebuilding divisions. The Senior Manager partners closely with executive management, finance, operations, and audit teams to deliver financial insight that informs strategic decision‑making and supports the company’s growth, profitability, and compliance objectives.
