Mental Health Professional - Case Worker

About Us :

CTS Health Services is a community mental health services center that specializes in a holistic approach to health and wellness for children, parents, and adults of varying circumstances and mental challenges. We provide one-on-one behavioral interventions for our clients and their support circles to help our clients navigate through life within their community at their highest level.

What We Are Looking For :

We are urgently seeking passionate, authentic, and motivated individuals to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions with insured children, youth and / or adults receiving specialty mental health services in the community.

Requirements

Qualifications of a caseworker

• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH / DD / SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with less than two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling, OR
• High School diploma with 5 years of human services experience
• This position does require a Mental Health Professional (MHP) credentialing
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) preferred
• Reliable form of transportation and accessible computer / laptop required
