Senior IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to ensure the availability and performance of the Assure DQ applications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the environment, respond to and resolve incidents, and collaborate with customers on issues and improvements

Maintain operational support and process documentation, and lead application version upgrades

Develop and maintain balancing controls for business customers while coordinating with the underlying infrastructure teams

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years related experience in a large IT environment with various operating system hardware and software components

OR an Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Math, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
