Job descriptionThe Payroll / Bookkeeper will prepare balance sheet, profit, loss statement, and other reports to summarize the current and projected company financial position Payroll processes for all employees Processing invoicing and reconciling discrepancies in records Receives, records, and banks cash, checks, and vouchers Handle check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Must have Bookkeeping or Payroll experience Must have both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Ability to prioritize and multitask Deadline and detail-oriented Union and Non-Union Payroll experience preferred
