We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior VoIP Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior VoIP Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying custom VoIP solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the uptime, performance, and security of our VoIP infrastructure. This position is on-site, located in Reston, Virginia.  If you have a strong technical understanding of SIP, RTP, voice codecs, and extensive experience with Asterisk, FreeSwitch, Kamailio, Linux operating systems, and online VoIP providers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

• Design and deploy custom VoIP solutions tailored to our specific business requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to build their VoIP skillset.
• Monitor the entire VoIP infrastructure, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues or bottlenecks.
• Ensure the uptime, performance, and security of our VoIP systems, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the VoIP domain.
• Provide guidance and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders, advising on VoIP-related matters and recommending appropriate solutions.
