Corporate Paralegal

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support its commercial and legal teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, redline, and process various contracts, including NDAs and financing documents

Form and maintain corporate entities and governance records, and manage cap tables

Develop and optimize legal tools and processes, and assist with due diligence and policy development

Required Qualifications :

5-10+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal role

Experience with redlining and administering contracts

Prior experience with a public company is preferred but not required

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple software platforms efficiently

Must be based in PST, MST, or CST time zones
