Job descriptionAssist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from inception through trial. Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Manage and organize complex case files and maintain meticulous documentation. Coordinate and attend depositions, hearings, and trials, with a focus on personal injury cases. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts. Paralegal certification or equivalent extensive experience. Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically in personal injury law. Demonstrated experience in handling personal injury jury trials. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
