Materials Manager
The Materials Manager will develop, implement, and direct policies, practices, and procedures in accordance with command media. The Materials Manager will constantly review the staff for continuous employee growth and is responsible for succession planning. The Material Manager will drive continuous improvement within the function.
The Materials Manager will lead and manage a team of Material Production Control professionals at various experience levels, develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. The Materials Manager is an escalation point and may facilitate coordination with other supply chain functions such as Procurement, Subcontracts, Logistics, etc.
Material Manager will assist in planning, developing, and executing corporate training and organizational development plan for Material Production Control personnel. Other people manager responsibilities include but are not limited to : assessing staffing levels, hiring, terminating, coaching, disciplining and leading a diverse set of employees.
The Materials Manager will lead, develop, and implement material control strategies for the programs, product lines, and function. This candidate will network with management and team members across the enterprise to drive success.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $99410 - $168997. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
