We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in South Charlotte area. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with expertise in multi-state payroll and experience managing payroll for large organizations.

Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations and data entry.
• Monitor and reconcile payroll discrepancies to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to address payroll-related inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
• Handle payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring all calculations and deductions are accurate.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee hours and benefits.
• Assist with the administration of the WebClock timekeeping system.
• Generate reports on payroll activities and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management.
• Ability to manage payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with timekeeping systems, such as WebClock, is a plus.
