Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, youll be responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategies that drive adoption of INOX Smart solutions. Youll work closely with integrators, locksmith, wholesalers, consultants, developers , architects and facility managers to deliver presentations, build relationships, and close opportunities.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who loves technology, thrives in B2B sales, and is excited to shape the future of smart access control.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline within assigned territory.
- Present INOX Smart solutions to integrators, developers, schools, facility managers, and property owners through in-person and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with wholesalers and independent rep agencies to generate pull-through demand.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities in multifamily, senior living, education, retail, and commercial verticals.
- Develop 90-day territory plans, manage forecasts, and track progress using CRM (HubSpot).
- Partner with internal technical and product teams to support project design, specifications, and troubleshooting when needed.
- Represent INOX Smart at trade shows, regional events, and training sessions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of regional sales or business development experience in one or more of the following :Commercial access control / security solutionsDoor hardware and electrified door hardware / Division 8PropTech / multifamily technology / IoTDemonstrated success in B2B solution selling and territory development.Existing network of integrators, developers, or facility management contacts is strongly preferred.Strong presentation skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different vertical audiences.Familiarity with smart locks, reader controllers, SaaS platforms, or related technologies.CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Willingness to travel regionally 4060%.What We Offer
