We’re expanding nationwide — and we’re looking for exceptional regional sales professionals to help us grow.

Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategies that drive adoption of INOX Smart solutions. You’ll work closely with integrators, locksmith, wholesalers, consultants, developers , architects and facility managers to deliver presentations, build relationships, and close opportunities.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who loves technology, thrives in B2B sales, and is excited to shape the future of smart access control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline within assigned territory.
  • Present INOX Smart solutions to integrators, developers, schools, facility managers, and property owners through in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and independent rep agencies to generate pull-through demand.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in multifamily, senior living, education, retail, and commercial verticals.
  • Develop 90-day territory plans, manage forecasts, and track progress using CRM (HubSpot).
  • Partner with internal technical and product teams to support project design, specifications, and troubleshooting when needed.
  • Represent INOX Smart at trade shows, regional events, and training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of regional sales or business development experience in one or more of the following :
  • Commercial access control / security solutions
  • Door hardware and electrified door hardware / Division 8
  • PropTech / multifamily technology / IoT
  • Demonstrated success in B2B solution selling and territory development.
  • Existing network of integrators, developers, or facility management contacts is strongly preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different vertical audiences.
  • Familiarity with smart locks, reader controllers, SaaS platforms, or related technologies.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel regionally 40–60%.

  • Competitive base salary ($110,000–$125,000 depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission and performance bonuses (OTE $160,000–$250,000+)
