Talarico for Texas is hiring an Organizing Director to join James Talarico’s U.S. Senate campaign. This full-time, senior position is ideal for a proven organizer who thrives on building large-scale volunteer programs, leading teams, and driving voter contact across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Program Design : Develop and implement a statewide organizing strategy focused on voter contact, persuasion, and turnout.
• Volunteer Infrastructure : Recruit, train, and retain thousands of volunteers across Texas; build sustainable leadership structures in key regions.
• Staff Management : Hire, train, and manage a large team of regional organizing staff, and student fellows. Build a team that thrives on consistent coaching, accountability, and support.
• Voter Contact : Drive execution of canvassing, phone banks, text programs, and other direct voter contact tactics.
• Metrics & Reporting : Set clear goals and track performance, ensuring the team meets weekly and monthly voter contact and shift benchmarks.

Coalition Building : Partner with local organizations, community leaders, labor, and allied campaigns to expand campaign reach and turnout capacity.
