Outbound Calling: Confirm all scheduled service appointments daily and proactively prospect to generate additional appointments (approximately 60–100 calls per day).
Dependability & Schedule: Reliable and punctual, with a work schedule beginning at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using dealership technology and CRM tools; experience with or ability to learn Automotive Masterminds for equity mining and customer prospecting.
Sales Aptitude: Ability to identify opportunities to convert service customers into sales leads by presenting trade-in or vehicle upgrade options.
Team Collaboration: Strong team player who supports Service Advisors and assists customers as needed in a service concierge role.
On-Camera Presence: Comfortable recording and sending introductory and repair update videos to customers to enhance communication and drive engagement.
