Underground Construction Laborer

Underground construction laborer will assist in removal / replacement of asphalt and concrete, and placing ducts either by hand or operating machinery. Laborers also responsible for pulling fiber and coaxial cable as designed and setting pedestals and vaults. Being able to read design prints and Bilingual in Spanish / English is a PLUS!
