Proximity’s brand has a clearly defined tone of voice, and we value the power of good content. As a full-time hire on our content team, you will work closely with the CEO’s office, People Ops, Social Media, Design, and Technology teams to ensure that every piece of communication we put out is on-brand and high-quality.

We are looking for a Content Writer / Copywriter at Proximity Works to drive brand communication— both in-house and external. This includes everything from Social Media copy to internal policy documents, blogs, marketing content, case studies, and more.

This role is fully remote and requires you to work in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities :

• Communicating a consistent brand. You need to understand Proximity’s positioning, adopt our tone of voice, and ensure that everything we put out aligns with it.
• Storytelling on every platform, and modifying tonality in writing strategically based on the context given and who / which platform you are writing for.
• Working closely with the CEO’s office to churn out large quantities of written content daily.
• Working with the People Ops team on all their content requirements. This includes drafting internal policies, HR decks, email templates, and other in-house communication.
• Working with the Social Media team to create engaging, conceptually sound, on-brand content to post on our social media accounts and blogs.
• Writing concise, intelligent, engaging copy for our websites and products.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to draft authoritative, in-depth case studies, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Ensuring that all content put out by Proximity is good to read, grammatically correct, and free of errors.
• Helping every Proxonaut put their best foot forward while communicating with clients.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading blog posts for the Proximity Blog.
• Ultimate team player who will create value in any situation.
• Being a proficient doer when working within our Creative team structure.
• Doing a range of creative work from faster, “smaller” pieces of content to “bigger” builds for a range of clients, as well as Proximity’s brands.
