Summary

Our client is a leading custom home general contractor in the San Diego, CA area. They are in need of a Custom Home Project Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage construction activities on-site, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom home construction, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Project Oversight :

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for custom home projects.

Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed on time.

Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the construction site.

Select, hire, and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests.
