About this Position

The Testing Center Coordinator oversees daily operations at the CHS Testing Center, ensuring exams are conducted securely and efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, and proctoring assessments, maintaining testing integrity, and providing excellent service to students and faculty. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced academic environment. This position will also handle scheduling and remote proctoring for exams at the Tahlequah Testing Center.

Required Qualifications

• High School / GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer service rich environment.
• A minimum of 6 months-1 year of data entry experience.
