Position Overview

The Vice President of Enterprise Applications serves as the executive leader responsible for defining and executing the enterprise technology application strategy across the organization. This role oversees a portfolio of mission-critical systems-including Salesforce, ERP (e.g., Workday), HRIS (e.g., UKG), and business intelligence tools-and leads efforts to modernize, integrate, and optimize the application ecosystem. This leader will also guide the organization's data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms.

A successful candidate will be a collaborative, outcome-driven leader with deep expertise in enterprise platforms and a demonstrated ability to align technology with strategic organizational priorities.

• Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for enterprise applications across the organization.
• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of core platforms such as Salesforce, Workday Financials, and UKG.
• Ensure technology platforms support business transformation, innovation, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead high-performing cross-functional application teams.

Title : Vice President of Enterprise Applications

Position Location : US Remote, Full time

Position Compensation : The Alzheimer's Association's good faith expectation for the salary range for this role is between $280,000-$305,000

This position is eligible for a bonus based on both individual and organizational performance, up to 15%
