What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and engage construction talent (skilled and unskilled trades)
• Maintain a strong pipeline of vetted workers ready to be deployed
• Partner with our operations team to fill roles quickly and accurately
• Conduct interviews and perform reference / background checks as needed
• Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure a top-tier candidate experience from initial contact to job start
• Stay up to date on market trends and local labor needs in the Tempe / Phoenix area

$50,000–$60,000 / year base + performance bonuses
