Job Summary of the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications & IT Project Delivery will play a crucial role in accelerating Axogen's Digital Transformation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT, this position will support the design, delivery, and business relationship management of the entire Enterprise IT Applications portfolio, including GxP / BLA, SOX apps and other business critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on Business Analysis and IT Project Management skill sets, with a proven track record in ERP implementation, continuous improvement, and people development. This is a high visibility role that requires an individual who can not only execute at a technical level but also strategically manage multiple priorities across large, cross-functional teams.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Salary Range

$136,000-$185,000 USD

Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment / compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
