The Task At Hand :
The Social Impact Strategy and Standards Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing and Sustainability, collaborates extensively across departments, working closely with teams such as sourcing, procurement, innovation, and quality, and is responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to de-risk and strengthen the supply chain, with an emphasis on human rights, code of conduct adherence, certifications, and worker wellbeing. This role supports other strategic projects that increase efficiency, cost savings, and / or greater transparency in the supply chain while driving process improvements and is responsible for engaging with a variety of stakeholders to ensure alignment on sustainability and social impact goals. The Social Impact Strategy and Standards Manager is a crucial internal resource on labor and social impact in agriculture and manufacturing, building strong relationships and fostering a culture of sustainability; This includes operationalizing sustainability initiatives and best practices both within the organization and with our external suppliers and partners through both quantitative means like audit reviews and scorecards, but also qualitative means through conversations, on-site visits, and relationship-building. This role will also support related reporting and compliance tasks and liaise with industry partners.
In This Role, You Will :
In This Role, You'll Bring With You :
Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience in supply chains, sustainability, social impact, operations, and / or agriculture. At least 3 years of project management leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while also bringing sensitivity to cross-functional needs and priorities
Strong knowledge of global CPG and / or produce supply chains, labor audits, certifications & standards
Solid financial understanding and risk analysis ability, as well as change management, relationship building, and project management skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly desired
Comfortable visiting farms and orchards and talking with farmworkers
Organized and professional when coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable in ambiguity and high-change environments
Experience and credibility to earn the trust of internal and external stakeholders
Experience developing and managing supplier engagement programs
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to all organizational levels
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
Up to 15-25% travel required : Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we "Farmers" do meet as a company and / or department at least once a year. You should also anticipate possible travel to farms in the supply chain and occasional conferences

Compensation :
Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, stipends, equity, and role-specific perks.
