Key Responsibilities :
- Provide bilingual communication and support to patients and staff. (In Spanish)
- Maintain an in-office presence to assist with daily operations and patient's needs.
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly patient check-ins to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Enter, update, and maintain records and data in Word, Excel and clinical systems.
- Coordinate and manage patient supply orders and inventory.
- Assess and route non-medical issues to appropriate personnel.
- Oversee printing, mailing and maintenance of lab labels.
- Scan, upload and organize documentation in patient records.
- Support patient onboarding and staff orientation.
- Assist with monthly physician clinic visit coordination.
- Prepare and distribute Plan of Care (POC) meeting invitations and materials.
- Answer and triage calls, take messages, and maintain team calendars.
- Complete monthly billing, inventory, and regulatory reports.
- Sort and distribute mail; order and maintain supplies.
- Greet visitors and patients and provide general administrative support to team members.
- Support business goals and perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIREDAble to function at a high level with little operational oversight.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regionsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to analyze and resolve issues within system workflows and escalate appropriatelyKnowledge of medical terminology; dialysis or nephrology experience a plusBenefits :

Compensation offers are based on education, experience, skills, and geographic region.Pay ranges from $25-$30 per hour depending upon experience.#INDMP
