What You'll Do :
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns that convert new customers, retain existing ones, and increase engagement across platforms (Online Casino and Sports Betting).
- Manage the strategy and execution of promotional messaging including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring messages are relevant and impactful.
- Develop and implement key goals (KPIs) for customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value - and own the performance of those metrics.
- Work with data teams to understand player behavior, build customer segments, and develop predictive models to personalize our marketing.
- Report on CRM initiatives by collecting and analyzing campaign performance data.
- Join cross-functional efforts to provide training and support to new team members when needed.
- Build great relationships across departments and with vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with all brand, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
