We’re a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, learning, and doing things the right way — “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right!” Our CNC shop handles both large-volume production and custom one-off projects , using Haas equipment with WPS probing systems for fast, accurate setups. About the Position We’re looking for a CNC Programmer / Operator who’s passionate about precision machining and automation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll program, set up, and run CNC mills and lathes to produce complex, dynamic parts that support our high-tech machine builds. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is a great place to grow — we have a Master Machinist onsite who’s willing to train the right person. Key Responsibilities Program CNC machines using Autodesk Fusion 360 (mostly 2.5D work). Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to develop accurate toolpaths. Determine tooling, fixturing, speeds, and feeds for various materials. Optimize programs for efficiency and quality. Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with engineering and production on new product development . Use math, geometry, and logic to create variable-based programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Prior CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment . Proficiency with Fusion 360 (or similar CAD / CAM software). Familiarity with Haas CNC mills and lathes ; Y-axis experience a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior machinists and engineers.
