Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Services Specialist to join their team. As a Production Services Specialist, you will be part of the Compliance department supporting critical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Ensure availability and reliability of assigned production applications within the Compliance line of business.
• Resolve user and batch job issues while managing highly critical applications to avoid business impact.
• Create and update support documentation to maintain operational efficiency.
• Initiate and lead the incident management process when business-as-usual is impacted.
• Monitor daily batch processing and provide regular communication and reports to stakeholders.
