About the Role
The Company is looking for a visionary Vice President of Data Science and Analytics Leadership to redefine our data initiatives and drive impactful research projects. In this crucial role, you will influence business outcomes by empowering providers navigating toward value-based care. You will lead efforts to build and scale high-performing teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
You will collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, manage a team of analytics experts, and establish a forward-thinking multi-year research trajectory. A critical part of this role involves working with engineering and technical operations to create a robust and secure MLOps environment and explore the groundbreaking integration of Generative AI within our data operations.
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, with 10-15 years in quantitative roles and 5-7 years in leadership positions. Your background should demonstrate a stellar record of building data science and analytics organizations in dynamic environments. Expertise in advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference is essential, along with experience in delivering innovative, production-ready research models.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role. You should also bring extensive knowledge of data governance, MLOps, and quality assurance, paired with a passion for leading teams. Experience in healthcare and familiarity with Generative AI would be advantageous, but not required.
