Our CNAs support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, and safety—ensuring dignity, comfort, and independence.


Wages: $15–$17 per hour (paid weekly)
Availability: Must have consistent weekend availability on Saturday and/or Sunday
Service Areas: Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Anthem, Boulder City, and Lake Las Vegas


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  
  
• Perform safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts
  
  
• Support mobility and repositioning for comfort and skin integrity
  
  
• Provide light housekeeping, pet care, and meal preparation
  
  
• Transport clients to appointments or outings
  
  
• Monitor and record vital signs
  
  
• Deliver basic and advanced dementia care
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in accordance with care plans

Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification
  
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal care or home care

• Must be comfortable working around household pets (cats/dogs) as this is common in client homes.
  
  
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  
  
• Valid physical and negative 2-step TB test
  
  
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
