Duties :

  • Correspond with corporate about sales reports
  • Collects and converts raw data into written sales reports
  • Collects and converts raw data into written sales plan and Income balances reports
  • Collects and converts raw data into written reports for modifications
  • Correspond with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives
  • Maintain, support accounting loan agreements, schedule, and payments with customers
  • Maintain Warranty list for new sales orders
  • Monitor and maintain levels of inventory for machines
  • Support logistics team for import / export related tasks

Technical Skills :

  • Clerical, communication, and documentation skills are required
  • Able to work independently and without supervision
  • Active listening : give full attention to what people are saying, take time to understand
  • Customer service and being able to speak legibly
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Beginner level for Microsoft office in Word, PPT, and CSV
  • Able to operate office equipment, copiers, fax, and phone systems
  • Able to operate software like Sage 100.
  • Safety awareness
  • Organizational skills for filing systems
  • Physically able to sit and work on a computer for prolong period

Work Values and Abilities :

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Hours : Monday thru Friday 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM
  • Work at 40-hour work week
  • Learn company values, develop common sense, possess integrity and have empathy
  • Pass background and drug test
  • Regular attendance is an essential job function
  • Temporary to Permanent position
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
