Behavior Technician

We are looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians to be a part of our exceptional team of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapists. You will help children with autism develop essential skills and achieve their fullest potential in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 care to children with autism in their homes.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based practices and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Build strong relationships with clients to discover their interests and motivators for effective behavior plan implementation.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and document data for treatment plans, providing this information to the BCBA for detailed analysis.
• Work closely in a direct care capacity, seeking additional support, training, and supervision from the BCBA as needed.
• Modify interventions as instructed by the supervising BCBA, ensuring optimal support for clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of individual intervention plans for each client on your caseload.
• Keep your RBT credentials up-to-date by completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually according to BACB guidelines.
• Track and report RBT supervision hours to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Engage in clinical team meetings and continuous training for professional development.
• Document all sessions promptly and accurately to facilitate timely billing.
