We are currently seeking a AI Managing Director (Healthcare and Life Sciences) - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As an AI Managing Director with NTT DATA you will lead traditional AI/ML and Generative AI go-to-market initiatives and design innovative solutions for Healthcare and Life Science industry clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for AI solutions tailored to the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in AI/ML that can transform client operations and patient outcomes.
• Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation and scaling of AI projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of AI solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing proposals, conducting workshops, and providing technical expertise to secure new business.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, AI engineers, and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Encourage professional growth and skill development through training and hands-on project experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science or AI/ML architecture
• 3+ years in a technical or leadership role within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
• 2+ years of successful AI solution design and implementation in a consulting environment.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in related field.
• Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Skills:

• Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences regulatory environments and their impact on AI applications.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and present complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.
