We're Hiring : Regional Field Director!

Do you have experience leading teams, building strong community programs, and driving results? We're looking for a Regional Field Director to oversee and grow our field operation in Elizabeth, NJ. In this role, you'll manage canvassing teams, develop local partnerships, and ensure our campaign goals are met on the ground.

This is a great position for someone who's a natural leader, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about building people power through direct voter contact.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing Field Teams

Recruit, hire, and train canvassers and team leads

Set daily goals and ensure your team hits campaign benchmarks

Provide hands-on coaching, motivation, and accountability

Driving Voter Contact

Lead door-to-door canvassing efforts across Elizabeth and surrounding areas

Implement field strategies that maximize voter engagement

Ensure accurate and timely data tracking of all canvassing activity

Building Local Partnerships

Develop relationships with community leaders, faith organizations, and local groups

Collaborate with allies to strengthen visibility and impact in the region

Represent the campaign at public events and coalition meetings

Strategic Leadership

Work closely with senior staff to adapt strategies based on field feedback

Identify challenges and propose solutions quickly

Share updates, progress, and needs with campaign leadership

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership experience, ideally managing canvassing or field teams

Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills

Results-driven, dependable, and flexible with evenings and weekends

Comfortable managing staff, setting goals, and holding people accountable

Prior campaign or organizing experience required
