Job description : Position Overview :
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic team player to join our team. Knowledge of electro-mechanical products is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support : Assist the Sales Manager in processing quotes, managing orders, and providing customers with product information and updates.
Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and addressing technical queries.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the company's product line, particularly electro-mechanical products and subsea technology.
Account Management : Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
CRM Management : Input and update customer information in the CRM system, track sales activities, and prepare reports for management.
Order Processing : Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.
Problem Solving : Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to provide solutions for customers’ technical challenges.
Sales Initiatives : Participate in sales initiatives, lead generation, and follow-ups with potential customers.
Communication : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving for customers.
Qualifications :
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software (HubSpot), and ERP systems.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with electro-mechanical products or the subsea industry is a plus.
Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, order processing, and reporting.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, production, and procurement.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with sales in a technical or industrial environment.
Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems or subsea technologies.
Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a results-driven attitude.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
4+ years of experience in a sales support or inside sales role, preferably in a technical field.
