Global Portfolio Director

A company is looking for a Globalize Portfolio Director to develop and implement a Globalize Post Production Platform strategy for an assigned client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for organic and inorganic growth within the assigned portfolio

Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements while monitoring operational performance

Lead initiatives to improve employee retention, engagement, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in client / professional services environments managing multi-million dollar portfolios

10+ years of experience managing large, globally diverse teams in a matrix management environment

Preferably educated to Degree Level

Experience in the Games industry is an advantage
