$61-$64 per visit | Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities

At MVNA , we've been enhancing lives through compassionate home health care since 1904. We're looking for dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our trusted team and help patients regain mobility, confidence, and independence in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do as a Physical Therapist

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and complete OASIS assessments

Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve mobility and function

Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and home exercise programs

Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise and safety techniques

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to support patient progress

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

Current New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license

Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (home health preferred)

CPR certification , valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Strong communication and organizational skills
