Responsibilities
- The Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for users who call our IT Service Desk. They answer calls, track information in a call tracking system, and use a knowledge base to resolve issues in a timely fashion. The agent focuses on delivering best-in-class customer service, achieving high levels of first-call resolution, and identifying opportunities to streamline / automate the agent process.
- The Service Desk Chat Agent is the first point of contact that supports end users via live chat for IT service support in a fast-paced 24x7x365 environment. They answer chats, track information in a ticketing system, use a knowledge base, and resolve issues promptly. The agent aims for high first contact resolution and identifies opportunities to streamline / automate processes. They must effectively manage multiple chats concurrently while maintaining high-quality service.
